Daniel Chan & Associates Ltd. (DCAL) is an independent engineering consultancy company offering mechanical and electrical engineering services, as well as environmental and acoustic consultancy for various construction projects in Hong Kong, China and overseas.

Since our establishment in 1990, we have been involved in the design and consultancy of various types of construction projects, ranging from fit-outs, residential housings to prestigious commercial buildings.

The management and staff of the practice are local but strong connections are maintained with the Australian and American practice to exchange technical expertise and share international activities. The local experiences with in-depth understanding of international practices make our company competent in the engineering consultancy industry.

Our capability to carry out research projects on our field of professionalism has been demonstrated successfully through the experiences in collaboration with universities such as the Chinese University of Hong Kong.

We were qualified to be on the lists of consultant selection for government projects and be members of engineering societies:
- Corporate member of the Association of Consulting Engineers, Hong Kong
- Corporate member of HK-BEAM Society
- Listed in the Architectural and Associated Consultants Selection Board (AACSB)
- Registered in the Engineering and Associated Consultants Selection Board (EACSB)

Our quality management system (ISO 9001 : 1994) was approved in 1996 and was upgraded successfully to ISO 9001 : 2000 in Year 2003.
